*WILL the Minister for Transport be pleased to state:

1. whether the Government is aware that there is a village in Cortalim Constituency called Consua where many residents are residing in that village and it is informed that the route buses are not plying in that village and the residents specially the student community and the senior citizens find it very difficult to travel; whether the Government will ensure that all the route buses ply through that village;
2. the steps that will be ensured by the Government that all the buses ply through Consua as repeated requests to the Transport Department, Margao have fallen on the deaf ears; and
3. the action that will be initiated against the defaulters?

*WILL the Minister for Public Health be pleased to state:

1. whether the Government is aware of the fact that the Primary Health Centre, Curpavaddo is centrally located wherein patients from Cortalim, Thana, Sancoale, Verna Industrial Estate and even Loutolim visit for treatment and there have been several requests in the past to Upgrade the Hospital or atleast have a seven bedded (in-patient) Ward; if so, whether there are any plans of the Government to upgrade this Hospital at Curpavaddo;
2. if so, the details thereof; and 
3. if not, the reasons therefor?

*WILL the Minister for Panchayati Raj be pleased to state:

1. whether the Government is aware that the Foundation Stone for New Panchayat Ghar for Sancoale supposed to be laid by November, 2024 has not yet been laid; state the reasons for the delay;
2. whether the Consultant has prepared the fresh estimate; if so, give details; and
3. the steps are taken to ensure that this Project is taken up on priority basis; give details?

Will the Minister for Revenue be pleased to state:

(a) whether any portion of Survey Nos. 183/1 & 181/1 of Cortalim Village has been leased, licensed, granted, allotted or otherwise handed over by Communidade of Cortalim to any individual, company, institution or agency; if so,  furnish names, addresses of the lessee/allottee, date of lease/grant, Lease period, Area leased, purpose of lease, copy of lease deed/agreement and the present status of the lease; whether any road has been proposed, sanctioned or constructed wholly or partly through Survey Nos. 183/1 & 181/1 of Cortalim Village; if so,  furnish name of executing department/agency, date of sanction, estimated cost, present stage of work, copy of administrative approval, copy of technical sanction;

(b) whether NOC, permission or consent has been issued by the Communidade of Cortalim & Administrator of Communidades South Zone for construction of the proposed/existing road in above mentioned plots; if so, furnish certified copies of all such permissions/NOCs; whether any approved layout plan, engineering drawing, alignment plan or survey plan exists for the proposed/existing road passing through Survey Nos. 183/1 and 181/1 of Cortalim Village; if so furnish copies of approved alignment plan, road layout, site plan, survey plan, land acquisition plan, if any;

(c) whether the Communidade of Cortalim had granted prior approval or passed any resolution permitting construction of the road through Survey NOS.183/1 & 181/1 of Cortalim Village; if so furnish date of meeting, resolution copy, copy of the minutes of the meeting; whether the Government is aware that road construction activity has been undertaken in Survey No.183/1 & 181/1 which is Communidade property; if so, since when has such construction been noticed; which authority carried out the inspection; whether the construction is authorised; whether any inquiry has ben conducted; furnish copies of inspection report; whether the Communidade of Cortalim has taken any action reg the construction of the road over Survey No.183/1 & 181/1; if so, furnish copies of complaints filed, stop-work notices, proceedings initiated, action taken against the defaulters; if action not taken, the reasons therefor;

(d) whether the Government has received any complaint alleging encroachment or unauthorised occupation of Survey Nos 183/1 & 181/1; if so, furnish the date of complaint, authority before whom filed, present status & action taken; whether any proceedings have been initiated for acquisition, transfer or vesting of any portion of Survey Nos.183/1 & 181/1 for road purposes; if so, copies of all notifications and orders; whether there has been any change in the survey records. Form I & XIV, mutation entries or land classification relating to Survey Nos. 183/1 & 181/1 during the last ten years; if so, furnish details along with copies of the relevant entries; and

(e) whether the Government proposes to investigate the legality of the construction undertaken on Communidade land in Survey nos. 183/1 & 181/1 during last 10 years.; if so, furnish details along with copies of relevant entries?

Will the Minister for  Town & Country Planning be pleased to state:

(a) whether the TCP has issued any NOC, Technical clearance, Development Permission or approval for subdivision/plotting of Survey No.167/2, 182/1, 168 and 169 of Cortalim Village; if so furnish File No., Date of Approval, Name of applicant, Conditions imposed, Certified copy of approval/NOC;

(b) furnish the list of all documents submitted before the TCP Department for obtaining approval for subdivision or plotting of the above mentioned plots viz. Survey Plan, For I& XIV, Sale Deeds, Partition Deeds, Mutation Deeds, conversion sanad, etc;

(c) whether any roads, open spaces or amenities have been shown in the approved plotting plan; if so, furnish complete details with dimensions & copies of approved layout;

(d) whether any violation of the Goa Land Revenue Code, Goa Town & Country Planning Act, Goa Panchayat Raj Act or any other law has been notice in relation to Survey Nos. 167/2, 182/1, 168 & 169 of Cortalim Village or its subdivisions, if so,  furnish all the details; whether any complaints, inquiries or litigations are pending concerning the above mentioned plots or any of its subdivisions; if so, furnish the present status; and

(e) furnish copies of Approved subdivision/plotting plan, TCP NOC/Technical Clearance/ Development permission, partition approval, Mutation Orders, Relevant Sale Deeds and all documents relied upon by the competent authority while granting approval?
